1. To prevent the full-page printing pictures, and the dust-free PE bag picture plan, choose monochromatic or less color elements as much as possible to reduce the use of ink.

2. Dust-free PE bag printing inks do not choose surface printing inks with heavy odors, and do not use high-boiling solvents containing impurities. These ink solvents will produce a lot of odors.

3. Do not use high-odor single-component PS composite adhesives when compounding dust-free PE bags. Use odorless inner film materials to prevent the use of PE film with fillers as the composite inner substrate.

4. Improve the printing speed of dust-free PE bags, quickly complete the printing operation, keep the workshop ventilated, and reduce the ink residue.
